- Before the test, you should suspend the use of certain medications in advance (antibiotics and antisecretory drugs 2 weeks before the study, antacids and analgesics for 5 days).
- Do not drink strong alcoholic beverages for 3 days before the test.
- Do not eat legumes during the day before the examination.
- Discard chewing gum 3 hours before the test.
- Do not smoke 3 hours before the examination.
