- ECG.
- Chest X-ray.
- Consultation of a specialized doctor for a disease requiring special treatment.

Thanks to the data in the card, the attending physicians in the sanatorium prescribe procedures and a course of treatment aimed at restoring and maintaining the health of the child.
When making a spa card, doctors use the international designation (code) of diseases. Therefore, this card is suitable for treatment not only in Russia, but also in any country.
The spa card is valid for 1 month. It is recommended to start issuing a card 2-3 weeks before a trip to a health institution.
After the completion of treatment, a reverse tear-off coupon is filled in the sanatorium card, which is provided to the doctor who issued the sanatorium card.
Reasons that may serve as a refusal to issue form 076/y:
- Pediculosis.
- Infectious diseases.
- Skin lesions.
- Helminthiasis.
- Chronic diseases in the acute phase.
- Mental disorders.
