Gas-liquid peelings consist of two main elements: gas and liquid. The gas is most often oxygen or carbon dioxide. The liquid component changes depending on the purpose of the procedure and the condition of the patient's skin.
The basis for gas-liquid cleansing is a saline solution, but to enhance the therapeutic effect, specialized mixtures with active substances are usually used:
- Hyaluronic acid - actively moisturizes, improves skin structure
- Vitamins A and E - increase skin elasticity, reduce the visibility of wrinkles, slow down the aging process
- Vitamin B5 - increases the radiance of the dermis, moisturizes and nourishes
- Glycolic acid - removes dead cells, reduces pigmentation
- Vitamin C - relieves swelling, strengthens protective functions, increases elasticity
The use of vitamin cocktails enriches the skin with useful elements. Addition of hyaluronic acid promotes intensive hydration of the dermis and reduction of fine wrinkles.

Stages of the scalp peeling procedure
Gas-liquid peeling consists of the following stages:
- Preparation. The procedure begins with thorough cleansing of the skin with a sulfate-free shampoo. It removes all surface impurities and prepares the skin for subsequent actions
- Application of the composition. An oxygen emulsion or a soft scrub is applied to damp skin. The product is evenly distributed and left for 5-10 minutes. The duration depends on the type of peeling and the sensitivity of the patient's skin
- Massage. After the time has elapsed, a gentle massage of the scalp is performed to exfoliate dead cells and improve blood circulation
- Rinse. The peeling composition is carefully washed off with warm water, ensuring complete removal of all components from the scalp
- Final stage. A lotion or serum is applied to the skin to enhance the result
The procedure lasts about 30 minutes. It is recommended to peel the skin no more than once a week. The course of treatment includes 4 to 6 procedures.
