I came to Ruslan Alievich after a hemorrhoid removal surgery. The city hospital where I had the surgery simply did not accept me for an appointment 2 days after being discharged. Every day was a torment and tears. After the very first appointment, Ruslan Alievich removed my anxiety and fear, prescribed adequate recovery. Improvements were already seen in a couple of days. I am still recovering and periodically go for check-ups, when questions arise, I simply write to my doctor. At each appointment, he explains and tells everything in detail. It is a pity that I did not come to Ruslan Alievich for a consultation earlier, perhaps the treatment did not bring me so much pain and fear.
