It is generally accepted that cancer treatment consists exclusively of radiation and chemotherapy, as well as various drugs. In fact, The patient's lifestyle is of great importance on the path to success. Everything is important: physical activity, emotional mood and, of course, nutrition.

A balanced diet rich in proteins, healthy fats and vitamins helps:

  • Reduce side effects of treatment
  • Become more energetic
  • Cope with diarrhea, constipation and nausea
  • Reduce inflammation in the body and help the immune system

Of course, for each cancer disease and stage of treatment, the diet will be different. In order to bring patients and their relatives up to date, K+31 is organizing a round table “Nutrition in Oncology”. Top experts from our clinic will talk in a live conversation about what should be included in the diet and what foods it’s better to avoid, how to build a menu and more.
