Service category "Standard"

This category does not provide for any personal service options; interaction between the Patient and the Clinic is carried out through a single Customer Service Department, while K+31 guarantees the highest level and full range of medical services.

The “Standard” category is an ideal choice for those who value a combination of practicality and quality.

Service category "Gold"

The category implies the presence of a personal manager who supervises the patient in resolving all non-medical issues:

  • It is possible to make an appointment using an individual phone number, a reminder to make an appointment
  • Meeting and accompaniment around the Clinic
  • Sending research results by email
  • Maintaining a “calendar” of visits to the Clinic, advance reminder of the need for a repeat and/or preventative visit, drawing up an individual schedule
  • Informing about promotions held at the Clinic
  • Account status control

Service category "Platinum"

This category implies the presence of a personal manager who supervises the patient in resolving all non-medical issues:

  • 24-hour booking by individual phone number, appointment reminder
  • Meeting and accompaniment around the Clinic
  • Sending research results by email
  • Maintaining a “calendar” of visits to the Clinic, advance reminder of the need for a repeat and/or preventative visit, drawing up an individual schedule
  • Informing about promotions held at the Clinic
  • Account status control

And also:

  • Accompanying the patient for consultation in other health care facilities (if necessary)
  • Assistance in organizing certain types of medical services at home
  • Outpatient services are provided in the VIP zone; in case of hospitalization in a hospital, comfortable rooms of various categories are provided
  • At the request of the patient, it is possible to organize consultations with leading medical specialists in Moscow at the Clinic

The patient is assigned a doctor who has all the medical information and is a personal medical curator; the patient’s care is carried out under the personal supervision of the Chief Physician.
