Loyalty program
The K+31 bonus program is based on three principles:
- Transparent: points are accumulated from all services.
- Profitable: you can pay for up to 50% of the appointment with bonuses.
- Convenient: you no longer need to carry the card with you.
Dear patients, we have decided to end our loyalty program.
From 01.08.2024 we do not connect new participants to our program and do not award bonuses for completed transactions.
Taking care of you, for those participants who have accumulated bonuses, they can be spent within a year from the moment they were accrued.

From each reception, points are accumulated into your bonus account. The amount of points awarded is determined by the account level (1-15%)
1 bonus point = 1 ruble discount on future appointments
As your spending increases, so does the level of your bonus account!
*Only expenses from the moment of joining the program are taken into account.**
Points accumulated in each branch can only be spent in that same branch.
You can join the program or transfer your current (discount) card to a new format at the reception desk of any of our clinics.
