Boris Tamazovich Churadze, chief physician of the K+31 network of clinics, took part in the international scientific-practical conference "Pandemic 2020: Challenges, solutions, consequences" on October 13, 2020.
An expert discussion at the conference was held on the topic "Fight for everyone, help everyone! Features of emergency development of medical institutions during a pandemic".
The following issues were discussed:
- Reorganization in the context of a pandemic: inpatient departments, peculiarities of triage of patients in the outpatient system, home call services and the organization of outpatient CT centers.
- Features of working with a team during crisis situations: staffing and maintaining the balance of medical personnel.
- Innovation in the organization of the work of medical institutions during the crisis.
Boris Tamazovich in his speech dwelled on the practical experience of private medicine in the context of a pandemic, the experience of MIG Group in re-profiling its own centers into infectious diseases hospitals and what impact was exerted on the formats of interaction with patients and the team.
The discussion was moderated by Sergey Pavlovich Morozov, chief freelance specialist in radiation and instrumental diagnostics, director of the Scientific and Practical Clinical Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies DZM, MD.
