April 17, 2013 in the building of the State Budget Institution "Mosstroyinform" the head of the Department of urban development policy of the city of Moscow S. Levkin opened an exhibition of projects participating in the Competition "The Best Implemented Project of 2012 in the Field of Investments and Construction".
CLINIC + 31 was presented by CJSC MRC "Health for You". As part of the project, unique work was carried out on the design and construction of an unfinished object (the frame of the building with two underground floors), with a total area of more than 20,000 sq.m. Since the end of 2012, you can see the uniqueness of the project - CLINIC + 31 combines the latest construction technologies, which allows us to take part in the Competition, as well as the latest achievements of medical science and practice, which enables us to solve complex medical problems.
The structure of CLINICS + 31: eight operating rooms and intensive care unit, clinic, hospital, department of radiation and functional diagnostics. Doctors from 42 medical specialties practice at the medical center: it includes outpatient care, diagnostics, laboratory tests, in-patient treatment, surgical operations, and a full range of rehabilitation.
In Moscow, the annual Competition has been held since 2000. The organizers are the Moscow City Planning Policy Department, the Moscow City Architecture and Urban Planning Committee and the Moscow Investors Association.
This year, 63 objects from 60 organizations were exhibited at the Competition "The Best Implemented Project in the Field of Investments and Construction", which is almost two times more than last year.
The competition is designed to celebrate the best realized socially significant objects, technology improvement and quality improvement. Winners and laureates are awarded with diplomas and prizes, and commemorative plaques are installed on the winning objects.
The meeting of the City Competition Commission will be held in June 2013. We will write about the results of the Competition on the pages of our website.
